I. OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson , students will be able to :
- get an overall view of healthy lifestyles and longevity 
 - get to know the topic and some vocabulary related to the topic that they are going to be taught in the unit through a dialogue ( accompanied by a comprehension task – and a sentence completing task ) and two grammar points : conditional sentences / to- infinitive and gerunds in reported speech

- Explain the use of fall- rise intonation for Invitation , Suggestions , Polite Requests , Uncertainty and Surprise 
-Use the conditional sentences in Reported Speech / Reported Speech with To- Infinitives and Gerunds
